Yet the bible says for men to love their wives just as Jesus loved the church. So this isn’t about being the boss. Its about respecting each other.

I will say this… if a man breaks into the house with the intent to kill… who is supposed to step up and thwart that invader? If you say the husband, then give him his due respect for having that duty to protect his family even if it means his death, and let him lead the household.
