That depends. If you own property with good evergreen trees of the right size, then you can go out and “chop” a tree. Although, I’d recommend you use a bow-saw to saw it down.
However, if you don’t own land with evergreen trees of the right size, then that is not an option for you. You could go onto someone else’s property and steal a tree, but if you get caught there will be negative consequences.
